A wonderful weather app. Works really well when you need it. Very accurate and fun to use app. I find myself using this weather app all day long!! kctv 5 weather team are also fun and interesting to follow. A lot of times I can't watch the news. This app works great on the highway and if you're hours away from home, you can still get some of the functions from nearby towns.

Good for a general idea of what's going on with the weather right at that instant (though it's not even accurate for that a lot of the time). OK for giving a heads up to severe weather watches, but the lag time in alerting to warnings leaves a lot to be desired. I highly suggest in severe weather instances, do NOT use this app as your sole means of getting alerts! You can't rely on the radar either. It's not necessarily accurate and often will be quite a bit behind what's actually happening.

I've been using this app platform for years, it is hit or miss on notifications. My husband and I both downloaded it, enabled notifications, didn't change anything. His got the Tornado Warning, my did not. Mine got the Flood warning, his did not. Overlays and information on the radar us helpful but only certain Alerts remain pinned to the home page. So the alerts and notifications need some work the inherent radar and forecast options work well.
