You try to use charge card "on-line" or through the "app" only to get "There has been an error processing your credit card" or "Error The system is currently unavailable" so you have to call them. To deposit funds to an account, on-line it's $7.95 process fee but it is $9.95 if you talk to someone. They say they can't credit or lower the process fee. Why should I have to pay more when the error is Access Corrections, not I. Be warned if anyone plans to send a person locked up.

It would be great to see a list of th products avail. at a facility in the early stages of searching the facility, as it is now the only real way to be sure a certain product is available is by going to the item & reaching the point where it doesnt work for you. It really wastes time & its misleading. (Products = emessaging, video visits..etc etc..) Otherwise this app is very, very good! No pblms except for video visit quality was poor in 1/~40 visits. Not too bad, i think!

Definitely not great!! This stupid app keeps trying to run an update in the background (even though it has no updates available) This prevents all updates for my other apps to remain on "download pending" On & off WiFi. Thus causing battery drain. You can't update an app that doesn't have an update, so why has it been doing this for 2 months now? This app is great to use & convenient, but since it blocks my others from updating it's only getting one star, it would be less if it were an option!!
