Horrible app. I couldn't message my provider unless she contacted me first. Zero message notifications, zero! So I can't even tell when she does respond or messages me. Can't see the exercise images or videos in full size and can't see them WITH the exercise instructions so it's basically useless. Can't print the list of exercises. App crashes often. Providers - DO NOT USE THIS APP.

It doesn't work the way you would expect. I watched my physical therapist input the reps, time and sets and save them. When I look at my exercises, 3 of them say hold for 0 seconds. If I complete a set, hit the plus button, and move to the next exercise to complete a set, when I go back to the first exercise there are no sets complete. For two of the exercises, the videos don't show up. If I press the stopwatch on the time to do a rep, there is no sound to stop. Am I supposed to look at my phone

Great start. Just installed the app and it says it needs to update... Only when I press on update it brings me to a Google play page where I can only "open"or "uninstall". Can't use. Edit: Even more frustration as I try using it. Need to log in every time (inconvenient because I use strong passwords for everything). Some videos just won't play. I now take videos of me doing the exercise when at the PT and forget about the app.
