App can't handle correct access codes. I signed up via the app. I entered my access code and DOB and then got a generic error. After that, if I tried to log in, the app would either hang or give me a generic error. I tried to reset my password and I got an error, but I did get the email. That email took me to the website, not the app. After I reset my password, the website asked for my access code. I entered it and it told me it was invalid. Turns out it had an oh, not a zero. Fix your app.

Terrible. Just a mess from the start. Issues with original set up. Had to reset several times with multiple unhelpful emails from "help" line. It worked for a minute, then froze up and wouldn't take login again. Now, it won't let me log in...again. I give up. I will pass this info on to my PT guy, and also refer him to all the other reviews like mine. Great concept for PT, but terrible app.

Broken sign up process. You can't flip to a text message to look at the sign up code without it resetting the app and clearing everything. It doesn't seem to have saved my sign up info, but hangs on trying to enter it again. I can't speak for the app once you get inside, it was too much of a pain to bother figuring it out. I had them send the excersize instructions in email and am uninstalling this.
