Please provide with forward 15s and rewind 15s buttons on the lock screen widget. (see Spotify controls there). I listen to this while driving and if I miss something by chance, it is a huge hassle to unlock my screen, go into the app and then rewind. I'm sure there are more people like me.

Been using your app, the articles are insightful though journalism is biased, recent success looks like its gone to your head and now you dont bother about repeat users. the process of renewing subscription is pathetic for repeat users we compulsorily upgrade and do auto pay and then the app says subscription not renewed though money is debited and you give an email id from which there is no revert to queries, money gone, am stuck and no revert from you all, this is robbery in broad daylight

The stories and all are no doubt too good but the app experience has been very bad to say the least. It keeps crashing, automatically redirects to browser and opens multiple pages when clicked on a story. Please fix the bugs and crashes to make the user experience worth the time. The issue has started again!

You can now gift individual newsletter issues directly from the share button — the same way you'd gift a story. If there's an edition you think someone outside The Ken would find valuable, this is the easiest way to get it to them.
