It is a great app.. when it is working. When it is not working, you cannot pay via the app. You can update/restart the app, restart your phone, choose different payment methods, the app will still white-out after pressing Pay. That means you can't use the app vouchers. So far out of all the other F&B apps like Chagee, Luckin, Zus, Starbucks, McD, this is the first time I experience an app that is unable to take my money when I want to order.

taste is good, pricing has become more reasonable. but I changed my rating to 1 star. on the last 2 occasions that I tried to use my vouchers to order, the app whites out and hangs no matter what payment method i try to use. it is not a network issue, not a data issue. no matter what I did the app wouldn't let me pay. wasted time wasted vouchers. urgh

2nd time use this app, first time struggled for an hour and finally went through, 2nd time also unable make payment, both TnG or credit card. the app just hang idle and not able to proceed. trash app Samsung s25 ultra
