Pointless Points – App won't let me redeem anything I've been trying to redeem my Colonel's Club points for over a month. The app shows my points balance, but when I go to checkout, the only payment option is credit/debit card . Cash and "pay in store" have completely disappeared along with the other options. I've emailed support multiple times and even called, but no one has responded in over a month. My points are now about to expire, and I can't use them through no fault of my own.

the duration was very long, for every delivery I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour and what was paid for did not receive in some of my orders.

The app is fine, but the service is horrendous. I've been waiting for over an hour for my two portion of fries after it was forgotten in my initial order. I understand that going back and forth is tiring for the workers, but I shouldn't have to wait this long. At this point its best your refund me my money, I was told it would take 20 minutes at most yet here I am still waiting.
