App is a great idea. However, you can't select the pieces of chicken you want. Which means you then have to call to specify which is the whole point of the app. Or the staff just throw whatever piece they want into your box. Also, the system doesn't reduce your waiting time, it still takes me 45 mins to get an order from my store that's only a 5-10 min drive away.

The app itself is great but your service is lacking a bit. I don't know if it's a my area thing or just something in general but a two piece combo, a twist by itself, then a juc-e BANANA, stress on the banana, was ordered. We recieved the food but not only did we not get a drink for the combo, but the juc-e was PINEAPPLE, normally this wouldn't be an issue but I am allergic to pineapple. It has opened my eyes to see that these mistakes can kill people.

This app needs a lot of work. For starters you cannot specify what piece of chicken you want. Eg breast thigh wing. Only spicy or original. Second if you order two of the same mean and you wish to select fries for one and cole slaw for the other it's either impossible or very difficult. I don't think I will be using this app again until all theses issues are sorted out.
