Ratings and reviews

Terrible experience, ordered a food at 17 to deliver it at 21, now it's 22:20, no food delivered (I see that it's still in progress, amazing...). Hotline is also terrible, waiting for 20 minutes to get connected with refund department and still waiting. First and last time I'm ordering from this app...

I didn't get a coupon for adding a friend and him ordering the food. it promised me to give me 10.00 in a coupon but it didn't give me anything, even though i did every step correct.

I don't even know what to say. Thousand times duplicated content, changing UI after setting location, forcing additional order item every time when new item added to the basket. At the end hanging info about precessing payment (money already transferred from the bank account). Additionally no way to verify if the order is in processing or not because not available consultant on the phone line after going through 3-4 steps with bot. This is the last order (if I even get it lol).
