Till you return option to order my favorite set it will be 1. You position yourself as quick food restaurant, but to be able to order I have to make 20 clicks instead of 2. And every next screen you make your best to enforce me to make a mistake and order what I don't want. It's ridiculous and annoying.

Not a very good experience. The order tracking is very inaccurate - a lot of the time when I get my food the app still says it's being cooked. Also, there should be an option to choose which restaurant you want to deliver your order. I have several KFCs near me and for some reason the app always picks the one that's furthest away and has the least menu items available. Works marginally better for the pickup option, but sometimes my orders get served as take-away even though I chose dine in.
