So last night I was on the DVSA website, refreshing the page literally every two minutes and for the life of me could not see any earlier tests. As I was doing that, I get 5 notifications through saying there were a bunch of cancellations. Great, quick refresh. Nothing. Well this doesnt make sense, I had been refreshing the page for at least 15 minutes before I get these notifications and refreshed when I got them, but nothing. Fake notifications to justify its £12.99 cost.

Functionality to find cancellations works well, and the notifications certainly work to get my attention. However, cannot book through the app, as DVSA does not like the built in browser (i have been temp blocked many times), and I have missed many good slots as a direct result. I'd pay a smaller cost for the notifications alone, this app is not worth the full price.

Brilliant! Booked a test on the gov website for end of October, which was over 5 months away. Downloaded Testi and kept trying for a cancellation. Was too late clicking the notifications and kept getting beaten to the slots, or didn't bother clicking as they were still too far away (October) or same day so not enough notice. After 9 days of playing 'fastest finger first', I got one for June, just 11 days away :)
