The app is.. okay. Very awkward to use with respect to the promotions within the app. Creating an order with one is a very trial and error process. The displayed promotioms are often expired, doesn't show if the location you're using is participating or not, and often makes you start over with making an order rather than applying it to yours. Just a very confusing flow.

The tea is fine, but the app is designed in one of the least customer-friendly ways I can think of. Raw logins are required every time, with no info saved whatsoever, and the app often times out during login attempts. It has also refused my new passwords on multiple occasions, to the point that I've had to change my password during roughly half of my login attempts. This is not conducive for retaining business from mobile customers. I've almost stopped going to KFT entirely over this issue.

The app is barely usable. You can only use your account through the app, not the website, forcing you to use their terrible interface. If you forgot your password? You have to make a new account with new information because the app refuses to send you the email with the code to reset your password, and you don't have the option of doing it on the website. Payment methods? Credit card only. No Google pay, no connection to wallet, no PayPal.
