Ratings and reviews

The menu is still out of date and let's you order out of stock items (been an issue for a couple years now), so the odds that what you order will even be available are slim. They can't offer refunds in store for this issue to force you to go through the app support. As others have said, that support is awful and will not get back to you or refund your money. Just order in store or order somewhere else that actually cares.

The app will sometimes default to a location in another state. Okay, no big deal, you would just back out and choose the right location, right? Well, that just changes back to the wrong location when you actually place the order. Tried to reach out to support multiple times for a refund but they just ignore me. Be careful if you're using the Android version of the app :/

App malfunctions. They were running a deal today and I entered the code and tried to checkout, the app closed and erased my order, multiple times. Tried to report it but that didn't go anywhere. Guess they don't really want to give out the deal. Update: They sent me a $3 coupon for any issues encountered with the app
