Zero app security whatsoever. Someone was able to access my account, steal my credit card information, and place orders. You always have to have a card on file, so I had to cancel all of my cards since the account was compromised. In addition, the location which the orders were placed did not have a working phone number and could not be contacted. Do NOT trust this app with your personal info. There's no 2FA, no alerts for sign ins from a new device, compromised password alert, etc. Unacceptable

The app sucks. Always not loading or not placing orders because it has issues. Struggled to add a credit card to my account because the keyboard did not show up to add in the numbers and other details for payment. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still having similar issues. Feels like I'm fighting with it just to make a simple online order. I like Kung Fu Tea, but if you want the promotional things you have to order online or through the app to get them.

EDIT: Clear cache & storage upon installation to get it to work. Annoying. ------The new app is trash. Firstly, it doesn't allow login with password anymore. You have to get an emailed link to login, BUT the link doesn't work either. It opens a web browser where it tells you to download the app. You go back into the app, it requires an email to receive a login link. Round & round in circles you go... Ended up having to go in person and login at the register. Less money wasted on tea, I suppose.
