The menu is still out of date and let's you order out of stock items (been an issue for a couple years now), so the odds that what you order will even be available are slim. They can't offer refunds in store for this issue to force you to go through the app support. As others have said, that support is awful and will not get back to you or refund your money. Just order in store or order somewhere else that actually cares.

Great layout and easy to order. However the custom tip option never works as the keyboard only stays open for like a second. I used to bypass this using copy & paste but now I cant even paste the percentage. Plz fix! Update: Problem now includes issue with gift cards. The keyboard keeps closing out when trying to ender the card number & when I do manage to get it to stay open it won't let me enter the last 2 digits of the card.

App malfunctions. They were running a deal today and I entered the code and tried to checkout, the app closed and erased my order, multiple times. Tried to report it but that didn't go anywhere. Guess they don't really want to give out the deal. Update: They sent me a $3 coupon for any issues encountered with the app
