I love using new FTB mobile app because: 1. I love the new design of FTB mobile app, it looks smooth, modern and convenience. So cool and feel luxurious by using the app 🤩. 2. The QR scanning works really well even if I scan another QR code that doesn't show clear QR code or even if I scan it at night or in dark mode. 3. FTB mobile app, I can scan to another QR code with daily limit at higher amount while other banks' apps are very restricted and allow for cross QR for a small amount only.

The mobile app design is attractive and easy to use. The feature I like to use the most is the Scan QR code payment feature. This feature is easy to pay, fast, quick, and secure, and allows for more cross-bank payments. Another special feature that appeals to me is payment. There are many features that we can use, such as: Mobile top up, Utility bill, Government service, Internet service, Tuition Fee...and more with free of charge.

I love the app, especially how convenient the Card Feature is to use. It makes managing my card, checking transactions and controlling my spending feel so simple and effortless.
