Ratings and reviews

mostly does not work. It says: no internet

Congratulations to all Afghans especially to the developer of this application. And I kindly request to please check the reviews of your users and bring changes immediately for a better usage of every Afghan.

It doesn't download the bill and pops a message which shows the text of "File Not Saved". And on other hand it didn't update the bill for the new month and it shows the previous month for bill. But in the own app it shows the right digits. 😑 Please improve the UI / UX too.
