About this app

The companion field-service app for your installHUB account.

To use the app:
- As a field service operative you must be invited by your installHUB account manager from the web application before you can log in.
- If you are an account manager use your existing installHUB credentials to log into the mobile app.

Using the app:
- Track all your jobs and appointments in real-time in one easy to use interface.
- Receive notifications for new jobs and appointment updates
- See your upcoming jobs and plan your work day
- Carry out survey / install / service appointments and and gather site data and evidence using the job information forms
- Capture images, videos and signatures
- Add notes and products used on the job
- Work offline so you can download all your jobs at the start of the day and submit at the end of the day when you're done.

Live location and journey updates, on the Enterprise plan

• Share your location with your office while you are on shift. Tracking
starts and stops with your working hours and never runs outside them.
• Tell a customer you are on your way in one tap, with an arrival time.
• See your route for any day, with travel time and distance between jobs.
• Check in automatically when you arrive on site.

Also includes fixes to time zones, address lookups and GPS accuracy.
