App has some glitches but nothing insurmountable. My poor rating is based on issues cancelling and little flexibility over a large amount of money when I tried to cancel the day I found out my first cancellation went through. I emailed the hour the renewal charge hit my account and was told I was late so they will keep my $400 for an app I won't use for 7 months. It's a decent service but not very customer friendly. Would not recommend.

Encountered the APP not opening, I have the latest version, cleared my cache, etc. An error comes up stating that there is a bug and update once editors have fixed the problem. They are closed today and I've been sending them emails. For the cost it's ridiculous to have issues. They haven't even sent any emails regarding any potential issues. This is a huge problem. It worked fine for the past 3 months and no problems, now massive problem! Not even worth 1 star

There's issues with 'signature expired' error which can cause a missed test when you are unable to sign in even after several months of using the same email, password and finger print for accessing the app. The breathalyzer itself is better after updating not leading to false positive tests at least. Since it does work more often than not I still find it worthy of 3 stars.
