App has some glitches but nothing insurmountable. My poor rating is based on issues cancelling and little flexibility over a large amount of money when I tried to cancel the day I found out my first cancellation went through. I emailed the hour the renewal charge hit my account and was told I was late so they will keep my $400 for an app I won't use for 7 months. It's a decent service but not very customer friendly. Would not recommend.

There's issues with 'signature expired' error which can cause a missed test when you are unable to sign in even after several months of using the same email, password and finger print for accessing the app. The breathalyzer itself is better after updating not leading to false positive tests at least. Since it does work more often than not I still find it worthy of 3 stars.

Absolutely awful experience as of June 28th. I tried over and over again to delete, reinstall, sign in, and kept getting signature errors. Then once I uninstalled this last time, it wouldn't even let me select the app. It would open on the screen of my Android and then clothes back to the icon. This made me miss a good two to three weeks and has caused havoc in my life. I can only imagine what it has done to people who were under a court order.
