This app seemed perfect for what i was looking for; I like all the added bits that keep one on track but it has one flaw that for me is major. You can't choose a quit day from the past. I don't understand why someone can't. If someone quits smoking/vaping and later decides they want to keep track they aren't able to with this app. For some people this may not be a big deal, but unfortunately it drove me crazy seeing incorrect, inaccurate information every time I used the app so I undownloaded

This app is really helpful for people trying to quit vaping. It provides daily check-ins, missions, and even advice for lapses and relapses. It's easy. You set a quit date, and when you decide to stop, it's not fun, of course, so it provides you advice and boosts your confidence. Quitting vaping is hard. This app makes it so much easier to handle the idea of quitting and not get overwhelmed. I wish more people knew about this app!!

A day in, and so far I'm loving it. The resources and tips are plentiful, and it's all COMPLETELY free (as it should be). One feature I'd like to highlight are the definitions of a 'slip' versus a 'relapse' and the option to choose which it was for me.
