Procare includes:

CONTACTLESS SIGN IN/OUT : Parents can sign in-out students contactless using QR code or Curbside GeoLocation.

STUDENT ATTENDANCE: Replace paper sheets with digital SIGN IN-OUT. Record student attendance, absences (add notes) and transfer to different rooms. Generate BEST industry standard reporting from our website to satisfy childcare LICENSING needs. (Also has OFFLINE MODE to run without network)

PARENT KIOSK: Parents can drop off and pick up children easily (optional use of a 4-digit pin). Record SIGNATURES and capture answers with DROP-OFF form. Charge payments based on their HOURLY attendance and collect LATE FEE.

STAFF TIMECARD: Staff can CHECK-IN from the app using 4-digit pin. Build REPORTS of their timecard from website for PAYROLL.

TRACK RATIOS: Always be licensing-compliant. Track ratios in real time from the app for all your rooms.

PHOTOS and VIDEOS: Send any number of photos and videos, and tag students with one click on our child care app. Unlimited storage and sent to parents with one tap.

LEARNING: Record custom student activities and attach development skills like fine motor, social behavior, language and more.

DAILY SHEETS: Send daily activities for infants/toddlers and record Diapers, Bottles, Naps, Meals and Bathroom visits. Reports are sent to parents automatically.

Ratings and reviews

Can't get on (So Frustrating)! I tried to login but it kicks me off and when I try to get back on it sometimes doesn't show the login menu, it just kicks me off again! Please fix this bug. Also, when I go on the website on my phone to add my child it says that I need a code and it was sent to my email, but I don't get anything for it! UGH!

I'm happy now! QR scanning works and I no longer have to sign my kiddo in at the front desk. Saves me time and speeds up the process! Thank you for putting resources to this fix. Sadly this app doesn't seem to function using the QR code. The camera permissions doesn't seem to work and is glitched. It says it's approved in Android settings but doesn't work when I push the camera button. On iOS it works fine.

Update: they fixed the bug, thanks! My child's daycare has every parent use this app. It works for the most part, but there's a bug for Google Pixel phone users: it doesn't let you access the camera to scan QR codes, even when you allow the permission in the phone's Settings. This is a bug that's impacting Pixel users across the country and still needs to be addressed. The Google Android team is contacting Procare about this, too. Looking forward to them fixing it!
