I can't withdraw my money or login after depositing into it

When opening the app you need to includ your credential like username and password. Not you just clink on the app the next thing is open not even requesting for your username or email and password to know if this is the rightful person that owns the account or not. Am saying it because if someone is holding your phone he can't open the app and see what you have on your balance it has to be privacy. Pleass fixed it. Thank you
