Very bad experience They are so damn slow in responding , I kept following up for 1 month to get response on their chat service , they dont reapond on emails at all, I orderd expensive 2 shoes more than 1 month i didnt get the shoes and no response from them . Worst shoes application ever . I believe their management changed as My 1st experience with them was good but this time very bad and they will ignore clients once i receive my shoes will delete application and will never recommend it

This account turned out to be spam. I placed and an order with 500 and paid full amount and now 2 weeks passed and not a single email or message have they responded at nor did they ship the order.. I tried all the communication channels to reach them but with no response what so ever ..

The app is good and has a wide variety of shoes but it lags alot i have very good wifi and it still lags also with mobile data it lags and i dont think it is because of the phone because it is new p30 pro
