Horrible company. purchased an existing card and order was canceled after they processed payments so there's a pending authorization on my card tying up that money which will be lifted in 7 business days so until then I'm SOL unable to access my money until then. customer Service is a joke. worse I used ZIP pay in 4 to get more bang for buck for Xmas n now can't even. get the gift cards.

this is the most confusing site the app not working I have 19$ left in my card it won't work I can't figure out how to view my virtual card to give them the number they need to help me I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to to leave review

My go-to for gift cards! This app is great. I get notifications from the time of purchase until the card is used. Awesome customer service and reliability!
