How to recharge the digital wallet?

Go to the main menu of your wally wallet.

Select the option top up wallet.

Enter the recharge amount.

Enter the details of your Visa® or Mastercard® card, with which you will recharge safely and that's it!

Your recharged money will be available in your wallet.

How can I top up my Wally Mastercard® card?

You can top up your Mastercard® wally card with the available balance in your wallet.

Select the recharge card option.

Indicate the amount to recharge and voila!

You will have the money available on your Mastercard® wally card so you can make your purchases online or in stores.

How can I send money from my wallet to another wally user?

In your wally wallet:

You select the option to transfer to others.

Choose the recipient from your contacts or enter the cell phone number of the wally user to whom you are going to transfer.

Enter the amount in USD to send.

Add a short message as a description and voila!

Download wally and go digital!

Make your purchases online, your purchases in physical stores or transfer to your wally contacts, live the experience and go to the digital side!

I have been unable to access the app after the last update. The support is nonexistent, they keep saying they will solve the issue and then nothing happens. I have been waiting for over 5 days for a solution. Whatever they did absolutely destroyed the app.

Have been using Wally for over two years, I was very happy with it but you just ruined it with the last update! The UI and UX is horrible, the recharging with CC does not work! You took something that was working perfectly and trought it in the garbage! Please fix this major screw up fast!

Great app; customer service was very prompt, always ready and helpful with any issues via WhatsApp. Also, an option to change the language to English would be a plus.
