🔬 THE SCIENCE
Force is computed with the standard aerodynamic equation:
F = ½ × ρ × V² × Cd × A
Air density (ρ) comes from the ideal gas law using live temperature and pressure. Drag
coefficients (Cd) are tuned per kite type — Quad-Line (1.6), Parafoil (1.5), Delta (1.2),
Box (0.9) — and adjusted for angle of attack.
