About this app

Kith is a multifunctional lifestyle brand for men, women, and kids—as well as a progressive retail establishment. It was founded in 2011 by Ronnie Fieg, a prominent figure in the footwear industry, who has over twenty years of hands-on experience.

The Kith App allows users to view curated products, content they love and receive additional benefits such as gaining access to app-only drawings for exclusive products. You’ll find 5 tabs on your app—Discover, Shop, Drawings, Bag and ID.

DISCOVER:
The latest assortment of Kith-produced content—what you see is chosen by you via your onboarding brand and product preference survey.

SHOP:
Shop all things Kith has to offer—deep-dive through collections, categories and filters to see our latest product offerings.

DRAWINGS:
The only place to sign up for the in-store and online drawings that Kith has to offer.

BAG:
Save items for later, add new items to your cart, and seamlessly shop on our app.

ID:
This tab is comprised of 6 sections: Loyalty, QR Code, My Icons, Orders, Account Details and Help.
Loyalty is an extension of the current loyalty program you’ve all come to know and love, with a twist. You will now receive exclusive early access to products, events, and more in your Loyalty tab in-app which is based on your app activity, purchase activity and store visits.

QR:
QR code is a unique scannable code linked to your account. Present your code at a retail location, and it will help boost your loyalty score—ultimately giving you more exclusive access.

Icons:
My Icons are your way of showing your love for individuality. The more active of a consumer you are both in-store and online, the more access to icons you’ll receive which can be updated on your app homepage—collect as many as you can.

Orders:
Orders allow you to view all of your orders and will provide order tracking details.

Account Details:
Account Details is where you can manage your personal details, update ‘My Preferences’ from your onboarding survey, email preferences and general app settings.

Help:
Help is where you can find pages such as FAQ, Returns, Contact Us, Privacy Statement, California Privacy Statement, Cookie Policy, Terms & Conditions and Data Request Form.

Ratings and reviews

UI/UX nightmare. It appears the app, on Android, is just a glorified PWA. No images load, and if they do it's only the first few (CDN issue, idk). Notifications pop up, but clicking them does nothing. This is not my phone settings, app privs are correct. Shame, this is a premium brand and my premium Android phone just makes it not worth the hassles. Pixel 8 Pro

This app is utterly broken. There's no way to skip the "Enable Notifications" screen, and afterward, trying to uncheck "Enable notifications" in the settings doesn't work. The program doesn't correctly render the shoe size selection window for live drawings, failing to show shoe sizes above 12 on 3 different phones running a mix of Android versions.

Never had any issues until the new update of the app. It's now lagging, times out and returns errors on most links, and doesn't load half of the images. I use both android and apple and both suck a$s respectively! A company of this level should have a customer service line with business hours. Email presents many issues and delays customer efforts to make a successful purchase. I liked KITH bc they were not like all the other street/hype stores but now it seems they are becoming like the rest.

This new version includes an upgraded smart navigation bar, an improved order history experience, technical enhancements, and bug fixes
