Not the best rather needs to work on several issues that could spoil the customer's experience to a great extent. Needs ONLY Sim card internet and not any other network, even if it's your home wifi, to register and carry on with the procedure. If your speed is slow which is common, yes even in 2025, then you are doomed. The error message pops up and halts your procedure as you've made 3 unsuccessful attempts already to register and the cool down period? 24 hours nonetheless. Disappointing.

Not able to login in the App showing one pop-up and closing the app automatically. "There is some difficulties in processing the request. Please try again later. " It's happening since the last 2 days after the last update. Please help me with this issue, as it directly affects financial issues.

Very Very Worst banking app. My mobile banking access has been blocked for a last 1 year. Specially m account holder of this bank since 15 years+ . As per instructions shown in the app, I visited the nearest branch and submitted the application. I also tried the helpline, and they told me to email the support team. I sent the email also but i didn't get positive response and still my services not work. Very poor customer support and slow service. Please resolve my issue.
