ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE NOTICE

Monet Launcher includes an optional Android AccessibilityService. Monet is not an accessibility tool for disability support. The service is used only for core Android TV launcher behavior: detecting Home-key presses, foreground launcher/system window changes, and standby wake events so Monet can stay in the foreground after Home, after the stock TV launcher appears, and after the TV wakes from standby. If you enable autostart after standby, the service also launches your selected target after wake.

Monet disables window-content access and does not read screen text, buttons, form fields, notifications, passwords, or media content. AccessibilityService event data is processed only on your device and is not stored, uploaded, sold, shared with third parties, or used for ads. You can disable the service at any time in Android Accessibility settings. Monet works without it, except for reliable Home-key launcher override and standby recovery.
