This app has changed for the worst. Back when it was Android TV you could double tap the home button and close all the running apps and prevent the TV from locking up causing you to have to get up and unplug the TV. You removing that feature now requires me to run through settings just to do the same thing which results into frequent frozen screens. No. 1 reason I watch Apple TV instead

video quality from apps like Paramount Plus and Max is degraded, skipping and losing frames per second, as opposed to the same apps running on the same TV. Perhaps adding a setting that allows Google TV streamer to passthrough resolution, color spacing, frame data to the TV and let the TV negotiate it could help.

Overall, I personally love the Google TV UI! It's smooth, it gives me great recommendations, and it is pretty much easy to use. However, I do have some things I don't like. First, my biggest complaint (and many others can agree) that there is waaaay to many advertisements. I understand that ads are good for businesses, but seeing them plastered almost everywhere is not a good thing. Second, I want to be able to save and hide YouTube videos directly on the home screen. It's more time saving than to click on the video and add it to watch later, and being able to hide videos on the home screen (if I don't want to watch it) would be a good idea. Lastly, let me rearrange rows. I don't want to scroll all the way down to find something. That's all! Have a good day everyone. (yes, I typed this all out on my remote, and wasted 20 minutes)
