EVERY DAY ANOTHER STUPID ADVERT ALL OVER MY TV. Nowhere on the listing for a Google TV Streamer did it say that it comes with adverts for Cloud Servers, McDonalds or Gold bloody Rings. GTV is going back and I'll be getting an Ad-Free Apple TV box instead. Absolute joke having 'sponsored ads' plastered all over my home screen for stuff that has ZERO to do with Television programmes. The box and launcher would be great if not for the random ads with no relevance to my TV experience.

My TCL television can be placed in apps only mode and helps quite a bit with the flashing advertisements. The TV is running Android 11. Advertisements have increased dramatically since Android 9, where it was quite easy to get rid of the background noise.

Please fix the startup resolution issue. It says that Google Home doesn't support the resolution. I have to change from 4k to 1080p back to 4k every time I power off (and then on) my Chromecast 4.
