Klook has made traveling a little more affordable when it comes to doing fun things. The reason for 3 stars is simple. The customer service area can be a little bit challenging. And if you want a refund they make it harder to get. Overall if your traveling plans go smooth your than klook is worth it. But if you gotta get a refund because of a traveling problem. Oh if I could give it 0 star! They offer you to redeem various promotional codes but when you check out your cart, the codes will always show a message saying that this code is not applicable to this product. But then when you look at the exclusion, you couldn't find your product on the list. This means that those codes are FAKE and lure you to pay the price without discount.

Tried it for the first time and regretted it at once. I made a mistake on the dates for a hotel reservation and tried to chat with representative within 5 minutes ... was told it was a non refundable no cancellation no modification deal. Sheesh. Just take my money, right? Never had this issue with Agoda which we've used for 20+ years. The Klook app is not as user friendly. On Agoda the last entered dates remains -- which is good when you're looking for deals on the same dates. Not so with Klook.
