Worst online buying experience sent me wrong scrubs 3 times which took forever to come and and talked to customer care we are escalating your issue to the company and today it's been nearly three months that they are still escalating refund request. Never buy any product from this company as they have no accountability of what they do wrong. They can only escalate your issue that will never reach to the solution.

took almost two weeks to deliver my order, wanted to cancel but then there is no cancellation policy. So waited for product to arrive and applied for return. For three days getting update that order will be picked up each day but not happening. If I call the delivery executive they are not picking up the calls or fooling that they will come then later cancel it saying I was not available at my place to return the pick up.mutliple calls Done to knya but not concerned and very poorly managed.

Very frustrating experience with this medical clothing shopping app. I placed my order on 13 March and today is 8 April, but I still haven't received my parcel. This kind of delay is totally unacceptable. Their customer support is even worse. No proper reply, no clear update, and no responsibility towards customers. It feels like once they receive the payment, they don't care about service. I would definitely not recommend this app to anyone.
