they are giving false expected date of delivery and the site shows out stock products and make us pay for it , and they don't ship it for 3 days, if asked they are giving explanation of our of stock after calling and asking only, when asked to cancel my order , they are telling they don't have that policy . such a cheap place to shop, very bad first experience from this site, will be the last, will not recommend to anyone. Cheap. they gave a number to contact which is fake. not picking up.

Bought Knya scrubs for the first time after hearing a lot about the brand. Unfortunately, the quality and fabric were not as impressive as other scrubs already available in the market at a lower price. What made the experience worse was the customer support—slow, unresponsive, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Definitely not buying again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my experience.

Worst experience. I ordered a scrub on 11th July, but my order was still not dispatched by 18th July. The order fulfillment is extremely delayed. The app has no proper order tracking feature, so I couldn't see where my order was. There is also no option to cancel the order, even when the product hasn't been dispatched and the service is unsatisfactory. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience.
