WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I had ordered a scrub set and my top was missing, it came in a packet which had listed both the items, but it had only the pants and I had already paid for both of em, I tried every possible way to contact them, through whatsapp, through phone calls, through emails, all they did was have my issue in queue and made me wait for a week and it's not even like they will contact you in those 7 days it's you who needs to keep reminding and asking them for your issue

Bought Knya scrubs for the first time after hearing a lot about the brand. Unfortunately, the quality and fabric were not as impressive as other scrubs already available in the market at a lower price. What made the experience worse was the customer support—slow, unresponsive, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Definitely not buying again, and I wouldn't recommend it to others based on my experience.

Worst experience. I ordered a scrub on 11th July, but my order was still not dispatched by 18th July. The order fulfillment is extremely delayed. The app has no proper order tracking feature, so I couldn't see where my order was. There is also no option to cancel the order, even when the product hasn't been dispatched and the service is unsatisfactory. Overall, a very disappointing shopping experience.
