No discounts, worst app interface. There is no option to buy tops and bottoms separately whereas it is available easily in most other apps and websites selling scrubs. Very difficult to opt for exchange or return and get your refund even if you haven't opted for any embroidery. No proper stock available in different colors. Looks like poor stocking and issues rather than items going out of stock. Very much delayed shipment and delivery. Suggesting you to compare with "The Scrub Life" as well.

The worst service ever. I don't even know when my order will be delivered. It says in the app that it takes 4-5 days. It's been 7 days now and I can't even track my order because whenever. The order id to track shows 'No shipping details available'. I had texted on the customer care whatsApp number, but it's as good as nothing. Just a bot repeatedly giving the same response and after a point it stops replying even. They don't pick up calls. If they do, they put you on hold till you disconnect.

I want to give 0 star. Don't order on this website. for me it takes more than a month. I changed 3 delivery addresses. no refund policy also. order some good stores to avoid unnecessary stress. They are doing only marketing... poor service I have ever seen.
