App often loads slowly or doesn't work at all. There are a few bugs that are consistently not fixed. Some are just annoying, others are functionality-limiting. And I can't report them because neither the in-app chat works (got a message that all operators are busy and no one ever answered), nor the contact form in the app works - got an error that my message can't be sent because I'm not with the latest version, but there isn't a newer one on Google Play... Nice idea, but a poor quality control.

I tried many times to "Start the Neon" and every time gets an error...either the contract does not appear as text or it gives error that I'm not using the latest app version. After several uninstall/install I still get the same error that I'm not using the latest app version 😃 By reading the other comments it seems the issues don't stop with the activation... Unfortunately, I have an account there already and I'm prevented from digital access to my money as online banking is only for companies.

Simple and easy to find the settings and to change language even for non greek speaker. Some features are bugged like the chat is not functional and no ability to change payment schedule. Hoping to see some fixes asap 🙏
