The app used to be great. The layout was user friendly and easy to navigate. The latest update has removed all of the functionality of the app.. please restore to its original format!!! Don't let the people loose faith in kogan.

What have you done to the Kogan app? It looks like it's a PWA, but all the navigation is at the top, under a weird blank space with a refresh button, and the nigation scrolls off the screen? Jesus, so you even know how to test an app? Did anyone review this update before you pushed it out? Simply awful UI/UX.

Will not buy devices at kogan again. Today they said the time to leave the warehouse was delayed up to 18 days later than the original shipping time. The damage in time, effort, and price change due to the delay is so huge that I cannot afford. The customer service just told me to cancel my order, without acknowledging the damage in various aspects. I admit the offered price was competetive. I thought it's fair if I buy here. Next time I'd rather price match in JB HIFI or Officework. Sorry Kogan
