Application used to collect data with dynamic questionnaires, containing customizable questions and using multimedia resources such as photos and audio. Questionnaire submissions had location records where they will be used in customizable reports grouped by users. The Application uses External Storage for data persistence, making the functionalities active even in the device's offline state, allowing the user to use all the recorded and multimedia resources such as photo, video and audio of the application at any time or location. To synchronize questionnaires, there are panels for synchronizing questionnaires and questions as well as synchronizing multimedia data.
