Ratings and reviews

A few hours ago,I logged out of Nagad for some reason,but now I can’t log back in.The problem is that when I give my number and password in the app,the keyboard works fine.However,after the app sends me the OTP,I receive it but the keyboard doesn’t open to enter the OTP code.No matter what I do,it just won’t appear.I uninstalled and reinstalled the app,and I also thought there might be an issue with my phone’s keyboard,so I deleted that app and installed a new one,but I’m still facing the same..

Automatic OTP can't be read in Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, so I can't login this app. That's why I can no use Nagad as mobile banking. All other banking app like Bkash/Rocket works fine in the phone.

Very bad app. Always login problem. After entering the PIN number, the OTP is not given. I have decided not to use this app anymore.
