Please the App needs serious UPDATE. The transactions page needs to be on the main page and the transaction history needs to be backdated for the entire month rather then 20 or so transactions. The transaction summary page total balance figure has been stuck on one point and it has not updated for months now. I can't get everything in to this review but the app developer needs to check the App properly and and fix some of the issues. Overall the whole App hasn't had any updates for years now

Your app is much more user friendly than other mobile banking apps, but I think you need to bring updates in some places, first of all you don't have contact access when Cash in from your Uddokta app. Secondly, it is very important to find the transaction by searching the number or transaction ID from the transaction. Thirdly, not all mobile operators are available for customer registration.

App is not working properly. It's show that Couldn't connect but my WiFi is totally okay. And there is no qr code inside this app. It's necessary to scan from mobile. Bkash qr code is available in every app. I recommend to create this feature for uddoka application.
