Personally I think konga operates like a scam , and they don't take their customers seriously they sent me an item that is completely not working, requested a return, now my payment is hanging . a payment I made since a week plus, I keep hearing stories from different agents even after it has exceeded the 3-5 working days, the said another 24hrs , they 24hrs has expired and I'm yet to get my refund . now the said it's a network issue. just imagine. I regret using the app.

App and website are almost unusable. Search and filtering hardly work. However, it goes beyond that. You make replacement orders without buyer consent, delay payouts intentionally, and can't even keep track of exact amounts. How is it possible that when payouts are reversed to one's wallet for whatever reason, the reversed amount is less than the initial payout? Considering the entirety of my experience with Konga recently, I can only imagine it is a deliberate attempt at defrauding customers.

After making complains about kongnow and they not delivering 1-6 hours as they said they would. I tried calling the customer care number. Wasted about 2500 airtime and each time I mention the issue on konganow, they pretend to not hear and then they hang up. I tried this with every numbers at my house. I'm disappointed at konga services and their customer care too. Now I will have to travel without the device. I also went on twitter and find out, this issue has been there for a long time.
