the app is very slow in succeeding transaction, if you tranfer money now, it's take time for it to be received by the recipient which is not suppose to be like that. please do something about it

I can't log into my account. Immediately I input my 4 digits access pin; session expired. I can't recommend this app/bank to anyone 😡

This app is a very useless app. I have been trying to upgrade it to a 3tier account but it wasn't just working, even to link kongapay to my konga seller account is a problem, I have been on this same thing for over two weeks yet nothing has been done about it even after calling customer support and sending mails. If it isn't working then close it down instead of wasting peoples time, resources and holding their money.
