Very terrible, your app verification isn't working, it says I need to upgrade my tier, I try doing that and I'm stuck in the camera screen, it's not reading anything so I can't verify at all. I'm using a good background and camera, yet the app is unresponsive when verifying

very bad app, please dont use kongapay app is very useless unless u want to be stranded just as i am now... imagine tra! sfereing money and writing transaction successful without creditting the reciever, this app will make u look like a scammer

not impressed, to buy airtime is a problem, and to generate account statement has been a very big issue, despite messaging customer care!
