Very terrible, your app verification isn't working, it says I need to upgrade my tier, I try doing that and I'm stuck in the camera screen, it's not reading anything so I can't verify at all. I'm using a good background and camera, yet the app is unresponsive when verifying

This is a complete scam, tou are forced to use this app to receive your store payment than locked out of you account so you can't acces your money, and none of their customer service channels are active - absolutely fraudulent behavior the Play Store is a dumpster fire with no check or guardrails!

very bad app, please dont use kongapay app is very useless unless u want to be stranded just as i am now... imagine tra! sfereing money and writing transaction successful without creditting the reciever, this app will make u look like a scammer
