For teleconsultation appointment, I accidentally closed GoPay app when doing payment: No button for redoing payment, no option to make a new appointment, no option to cancel appointment, appointment that hasn't been paid wasn't deleted automatically beyond the appointed time. The user interface is lacking in this area. Admin didn't respond at all when called or chatted. I was at the mercy of the app, just waiting and not being able to make appointment with a doctor.
