I have been using the Kotak Neo app for a long time. The app interface and basic features are good, but recently I have started facing some serious issues. The main problem is that sometimes the app does not update real-time data properly. For example, if NIFTY was down by 20% around 15 minutes ago, and I check it 20 minutes later, it still shows the same old number. This issue does not happen every time, but it happens occasionally. I am facing a major issue with the Kotak Neo trading app. There are constant glitches, especially in the premium . After the market opens, no matter how many candles are formed, the chart still shows only one single candle when I open it. This problem keeps happening repeatedly and makes trading very difficult. Kotak needs to fix this issue as soon as possible because it affects technical analysis and real-time decision making. Very disappointin. But the other services are good.

what a worst app from kotak. No proper service from the kotak team. They sent daily mail for kotak securities but unable to send the password reset mail. I am trying from the last 1 week. Now I am unable to use the app. Nobody from the bank is able to solve the issue. Tommorow I am going to close my trading account with the kotak.
