I'm an option scalping trader so I continue to see charts and require every minute update. The problem with Kotak neo is when I switch from one display to another, the chart is gone, and I suddenly see the white display (please find the attached images after and before for your better understanding). then I want to go home page then again need to open the chart. Because of this situation, there are 2 minutes every time. and if I count for the whole day the total loss is almost 30 minutes.

"I love using the Kotak Neo app! The interface is smooth and user-friendly, making it especially great for scalping. Trading on this app feels seamless, and I really appreciate the intuitive design. However, I feel that adding a trailing stop-loss feature, similar to what’s available on apps like Dhan and AngelOne, would be a game-changer. It would make managing trades even easier, especially for quick scalping moves. I hope this feature can be added in future updates to make the app even better

This app is very slow compared to other apps, I want Kotak to update it as soon as possible. Sometimes this app takes a lot of time to complete the order, which can lead to low profit or huge loss and this has happened to me many times. Its customer service is also very bad. If Kotak does not fix it soon then I will be forced to use another brokering app.
