I have been using the Kotak Securities Neo app for trading, but over the past month, I have encountered persistent glitches that have significantly impacted my experience. Most recently, on September 8, 2025, while attempting to purchase call or put options, the app displayed buying prices that were 2 to 5 rupees higher than the prevailing market rates. This discrepancy resulted in unnecessary financial losses for me. Despite raising this issue with Kotak Securities, they have not acknowledged

Worst app I ever seen. Whenever you open the asking mpin every time it said incorrect after changing it, again it said wrong password it irrated you a lot. All things intentionly make critical you can't stop sip auto payments once you started didn't understand small things can't find option easily. Now you thinking I am new in this no I already use zerodha and grow both are best to understand. This is nothing just trap for new user on the name of free trading new comers don't use it plz.

Very bad service. Kotak New customer care is extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I wait 25–30 minutes, only for the call to get disconnected automatically without any help or explanation. It is very annoying and makes it nearly impossible to get timely assistance or resolve banking issues. The whole experience is extremely disappointing and stressful.
