pathetic app & pathetic support. there team is not aware about what will be implications if they miss guide to customer. I requested to pause SIP but there support agent was not aware there is no option to pause it. she helped me steps which cancelled my last 3 years SIP. when I requested new support they simply updated the status request got rejected. seems it's a scam only

There no option to change primary bank account or delete. my money withdrawal not able due to this. very bad service. very very bad

not very impressive . do not show all options of MF like dividend, only shows growth. SIP is unduly promoted by keeping that as default option. payment failures generates multiple orders where fund house keeps on asking for payment. cancellation or change order is not an option given. certainly we know MF orders can be changed prior cut off times. i am sure that the app devloping team will have justifiction to each of the fault. kotak securities had better handling platform bfr
