This mobile application is for accessing KRA services. Taxpayers can use it for getting KRA PIN, file TOT, file MRI, file Nil returns, Apply for TCC, check PIN, TCC and other eslips.

I have downloaded the app. input my details as required ...and reply stated twice the account is there but my mobile number and emails are not what are registered in the system...???!!..so someone has used my kra pin and mobile no. to register..?? calling cjstomer care lines provided here , and the calls go unanswered???

Good app for filing returns but needs some improvements, Customer support option can be very ideal to solve user issues Or an option to change user details for example an email, I accidentally registered with the wrong email and I can't do anything because it keeps saying wrong details when I try to log in because I can't change the email Fix on that

Has numerous bugs. You can apply for a new PIN while having an old existing PIN. One cannot edit their basic details once entered. Your email and phone addresses I guess are permanent. You cannot use the same details again for the same service i.e email or phone number. The report bug button should probably lead to an internal feedback portal and not the Google play app store to dent your image even further.
