This mobile application is for accessing KRA services. Taxpayers can use it for getting KRA PIN, file TOT, file MRI, file Nil returns, Apply for TCC, check PIN, TCC and other eslips.

If i could give it negative 100 I would. The app purportedly works from anywhere... tell me why thye need to have a Kenyan line for it to work??? UX horrible. Lags it lags times out . Just horrible.

very poor. it's so slow and also loads forever,never opens. I wonder what happened to it. I even unstalled and installed again but no changes

I am trying to file returns but it can not even verify the pin no. or ID under registration, it just keeps on loading!
