the update just broke the app and now I can't access my funds, on top of that I had pending transactions which were put on hold and still haven't been resolved after the Time limit, it's honestly such a poor experience.

This people doesn't know US regulations for proof of address... In US driver license has ALL needed information, including proof of address...even if need a copy of the utility bill, they don't have access to phone camera to make picture... they ask to upload a picture... what a waste of time....

Hi Alexander, We would like to clarify that for proof of address, you can submit any valid document on the app to validate your address, including your driver's license. We apologise for the issues you experienced while onboarding. We have noted your feedback regarding access to camera while upload proof of address to include in future updates.
