Ratings and reviews

Nepali mobile numbers have 10 digits, but this app only allows 9 digits. When I try to enter my full 10‑digit number, it doesn’t fit or shows an error. Please fix this to support 10‑digit numbers as per Nepal's numbering system.

Ease to set up. The problem here is that you are not allowed to remove your personal payment method (Debit Card) as situation demand with no option of removal of faulty card. In América here when an unauthorized transaction appear in my bank account such card is frozen then the need to change card arises. Such change needs change on your platform but is made a big deal here. If users are allowed options removal as is possible in all similar money transfer app. Though they have a good rate.

This app triggers some doubt in my own opinions,it's been 3 weeks I uploaded my verification documents ,still not approved tried to contact them nothing is helping .I think they are not yet ready to do business.
