Added beneficiaries are not available later for payment; the user has to add the same beneficiary details repeatedly. ENBD credit card settlements through the Sadad payment system are taking more than two days to reflect on the card. The balance information is not accurate, and the account information is not refreshing properly. The reward points section is hard to find in the application.

Still need major improvement 1- Mada, Samsung and Google pay always having issues with cards activation 2- Account balance and transactions for account and credit is not clear, you can't see balance before and after transactions which prevents you track your account 3- Biometric account access many other features similar to other banks apps still missing ( the app is still not mature)

not satisfied at all.. new registrations always gives error or say activate through at tollfree, and tollfree number never get attended.. one day I hold for 1 hour and no one picks.. OTP is always 5 min late. whats point of having app and tollfree where there is no service at all..
