Every time they do an update, it always causes me to lose access until I call in and gave someone fix something. This latest one froze at 99% of the update downloaded. I just wanted to send some money really quick. So inconvenient. Not convenient if you're someone who likes accessing your money.

Very disappointing customer support. I reported my Direct Remit issue in the month of May and have sent multiple follow ups since then. It has been nearly two months, yet I haven't received a proper response or update. If the issue cannot be resolved, the least they could do is inform the customer instead of ignoring repeated emails. Poor service and lack of communication.

Great app overall. Only problem is you can't add your card to Samsung wallet. My opinion, there should be a tab or easy link bottom on each card that allows you to add your card to device wallets.
