Every time they do an update, it always causes me to lose access until I call in and gave someone fix something. This latest one froze at 99% of the update downloaded. I just wanted to send some money really quick. So inconvenient. Not convenient if you're someone who likes accessing your money.

application not working properly. am trying to contact ENDB X KSA helpline number and as well as trying to raise complain through application but application automatically closing. I paid and cleared payment through sadad but still paid amount not reflecting. please sort out my issue. am trying to solve through application since 2 weeks.

Worst customer service, using their card and tried multiple times to support for a refund and they are just redirecting me to other extensions. Worst support for refunds. Wont suggest anybody to use their credit card. The app itself does not have option to raise complaint. And the staff is too rude to respond.
