Worst customer service, using their card and tried multiple times to support for a refund and they are just redirecting me to other extensions. Worst support for refunds. Wont suggest anybody to use their credit card. The app itself does not have option to raise complaint. And the staff is too rude to respond.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my inability to access my account. Despite visiting the branch and submitting multiple callback requests, I have received no response. The mobile app remains non-functional, leaving me completely locked out of my funds. This matter is now critical. Please investigate this technical failure to restore the access.
