not satisfied at all.. new registrations always gives error or say activate through at tollfree, and tollfree number never get attended.. one day I hold for 1 hour and no one picks.. OTP is always 5 min late. whats point of having app and tollfree where there is no service at all..

Better but still lacking vs others.. the whole new app is way better than before yet you still struggle big time using it. no proper view of your account transactions, all transfers are with fees and still they don't reach instantly you need to wait for the next business day!!! I tried to pay my rent through Ejar services and it just wouldn't work.... I mean the experience for me is still disturbing and not something I would be happy to stay with.

good bank but with bad user interface and functionality of app, one of the examples is i added two beneficiaries (1local n 1international)both not getting activated despite multiple tries also I'm trying to add the credit n debit card on Samsung pay but not happening
