1st time I booked a ticket for late night journey. There is no tracking ID, the provided phone No. is also switched off, customer care executives also irresponsible, they don't know the status of the Bus, they will provide phone Nos, when you try, that too either unanswered or switched off. I didn't get any call from anyone. Finally I got a conductor number who informed that the Bus cancelled. This is the service of the great KSRTC. Disgusting.

The filled booking slot should indicate whether it is booked by a male or female passenger. If it is booked by a male passenger, the slot should be colored blue; if it is booked by a female passenger, it should be colored pink. This feature will be very helpful for solo travelers. Additionally, if a seat is booked by a solo female passenger, no solo male passenger should be allowed to sit beside her. The color-coding update will be greatly beneficial. Thank you

KSRTC booking app is good. However, when we try to book a seat in Karnataka Transport, some seats are already blocked. It would be helpful if the app highlighted whether the blocked seat is booked by a man or a woman. This way, we can choose our seats accordingly, as some people do not like to sit next to women passengers. So, please consider adding this as an improvement. Thank you.
