You can sign up for the service through the KT 100 customer center or agency, and registered customers can check customer inquiries about missed or unanswered calls in text through the AI ​​Call Assistant Lite app.
In addition, you can freely deliver real-time store status or promotion information to customers at the same time as the call is connected through the greeting setting.

[Service Subscription]
- You can sign up for service through KT's official agency or customer center number 100.
- All customers using KT phone in the store can subscribe!
- You need to designate a wireless number to install the AI ​​Call Assistant Lite app.

[login]
- Set a 6-digit password after basic authentication with wire number and store name
- Authenticate the registered device with the mobile specified during registration and login (authentication is not possible on other devices)

[Greeting Settings]
- At the same time as connecting the phone through the greeting setting, the boss guides the customer the message he wants!
- Freely enter store status or promotional content up to 150 characters!
- Message guidance with desired background sound (preview possible)

[Turn off the store phone]
- When you are out of office or busy with work, turn off the store phone temporarily and AI takes over the phone, writes down the customer's business and delivers it to the app

[Voice Memo]
- Even if the store phone is busy or not answered, the AI ​​receives and writes customer inquiries and delivers them to the app
