Good Pay is a safe and convenient mobile local currency service based on KT blockchain technology.
- General users: You can recharge and use local currencies from various local governments and easily receive payment currency issued to you by local governments.
- Affiliated store users: You can manage payment details through Good Pay at your store and easily apply for bank transfer (exchange) of local currency into cash.

※ Purchase-type local currency can be charged and used from the time each local government issues local currency, and payment-type currency can be used immediately after confirmation of receipt in the app after issuance to the target person.
[Chakhan Pay’s access rights items and reasons for need]
1. Required access rights
#Camera access permission: Used to execute the QR code scanning (camera) function built into the app.
#Phone number access permission: Used to check whether the phone number of the terminal on which the app is installed matches during authentication.
2. Optional access rights
#Photo access permission: Used to save files required to run the app and to save your own QR code image.
#Location information access permission: Used for the function that provides a list of affiliated stores near the user.
#Notification permission: Used for charging and payment notifications.
*You can use the service even if you do not agree to granting optional access rights.

* Good Pay was developed to allow you to individually agree and set optional access rights for Android 6.0 or higher. If you are using a version lower than Android 6.0, please check whether the device manufacturer provides an operating system upgrade function and proceed with the upgrade. Additionally, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change, so to reset the access permissions, you can reset them in the device settings menu.
