I don't know why you would do an update and everything is worse. Multiple times I've tried to log into the app, it just freezes at the kuda logo display, I have to try many times, then clear cache, if that doesn't work I uninstall and install again, if that doesn't work I have to restart my phone before I can gain access into the app. I don't know who designed this update,, but your app doesn't need to be HEAVY for it to be effective. Just glitching everywhere.

Since this new launch,it has become incredibly hard for the App to load ,most times ,I would have to come to the play store,click the kuda app before i could login into my account. I had to even delete and reinstall but it was still the same hurdle. please fix it. Then also ,one hardly gets transaction notification these days. hence why I'm giving you guys a star.

A very useless app to be honest but I hate the fact that our password must be at least 8 characters long. I suggest that the minimum should be 4 and also give us the option to use anything we use as password instead of forcing us to use upper case, symbols and stuffs like that, so we won't have problems remembering them. Many people like to use one password for all their Banking purposes and imagine not being able to simply deactivate my account until I give them a call.
