The Kuda App is so annoying. You'll need to make a transaction urgently and there's a prompt that says "sorry it looks like there's a problem on our end, try again in few minutes" I have restarted my phone, cleared the cache but still the same thing. It's really annoying. Making withdrawals from savings account to the main account is triple annoying, why do I have savings and I can't use it?

Very poor service. Tried buying airtime after withdrawing from my spend and save and it kept showing a default balance for over twelve minutes and I needed to do something urgently. useless app. The worst digital platform I've ever used. Cannot even support international payments using your card. Bloody useless. Even tried transferring out of the app into a much better and prestige platform and they were holding my money. So stupid

why is kuda messing up na, its so annoying. i need to login to my account they are saying incorrect password. I had to change the password on Google. they're still saying incorrect. what is this na? And I wanted to use this bank for savings. I'm not impressed at all. please fix the issue immediately I need the money in my account!!
