Ratings and reviews

This has been a great app until recently....maybe after the most recent upgrades. It just doesn't flow as it usually does. Full details of transactions and prompts seem to have all disappeared. You certainly don't take such off an app like this.... Now I can't just go to a past transaction and do another transaction on same details. The prompts you get when you receive funds or send funds have been removed. You can do better.... Much better.

The dashboard refresh and update rate is way too slow and it wasn't like this before. Withdrawn funds from savings and credits from other accounts sometimes take minutes to reflect. A terrible thing especially in emergency situations. The accuracy of the transaction history also feels questionable at times due to the same slow update rates

Exceptional app but delayed in ascribing number to my account opening until I called the customer service. The fifth star now added for quick response in ascribing account number. You are doing a great job. Moreover, I would like to advise that provision for adding Voter's Card for upgrade in residential address confirmation should be made available.
