Got locked out of my account because of a login issue. Sent an email, then called support the next day. They fixed everything within minutes. Excellent customer service, quick response, and a smooth resolution. This is exactly how support should be. Well done, Kuda!

Very disappointed with Kuda’s customer service. Their response time is too slow, and getting help is frustrating. I’ve been trying to verify my account to Tier 3, but the process is not working and no proper solution has been given. Support keeps delaying instead of actually helping resolve the issue. For a digital bank, I expected better and faster customer support. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience.

5stars because i want you to see it. it should be 1.1stars. The overdraft feature is both nice and BROKEN: (1) you need location to be active before you can manage it (2) there's massive delay between depositing and the 'Available to Spend' refreshing (3) the 'Available to Spend' doesn't agree with 'Balance'; my 'Balance' shows it's greater than 0 but 'Available to Spend' shows 0. Now I can't get to my funds because the app thinks it's empty when it's clearly not
