Ratings and reviews

This has been a great app until recently....maybe after the most recent upgrades. It just doesn't flow as it usually does. Full details of transactions and prompts seem to have all disappeared. You certainly don't take such off an app like this.... Now I can't just go to a past transaction and do another transaction on same details. The prompts you get when you receive funds or send funds have been removed. You can do better.... Much better.

Solid UI and UX, and also quite a reliable option for the service they render. But then, kindly take care of the scenarios where money gets sent out and sometimes received, and they don't appear in the transaction history. It's a bit of a mess trying to figure out how much, especially for incoming transactions, by doing the maths about how much you had and how much you have to decipher how much was sent. Not everyone can keep track of their precise balance.

I'm impressed. I love the kuda experience. It's 100 percent reliable. However you need to adjust the overdraft, increase my chance of taking a loan especially based on my transaction. it's been more than 3 years I've been using kuda and the only time I qualified for an overdraft, I came back and it's not even there anymore. Try dey give small small loan like other apps.
