While the prices seem more realistic (interesting!), I don't see why people would want to play this game if they want to earn money. For example, I don't see myself generating rent overtime while owning pieces of land. It would be very difficult to sell land if people can buy new land for $1-$3 but can only sell for min $20 per land. No real way to earn pocket change here, compared to Atlas Earth. But THANK YOU for no forced ads! I'll add more stars if this app recieves a big update.

it's a good idea on building this app but what you lake is vision on how to make this app work for real I can bring up an idea 💡 for you check the game called landlord there system is not on real cash but your system is on real cash so create events so that people will buy more lands people can buy virtual cars buildings and so many more and that will help build your app to global investment app and you will make more cash
