KeePassDX is a password safe and manager allows editing encrypted data in a single file in the open KeePass format and fill in the forms in a secure way, requires no Internet connection and integrates Android design standards. The app is open source, with no advertising.

Works, sometimes. "Access to the file revoked by the file manager." It used to work fine. Now, every few months, I have to perform a circus sideshow to get it to open a file :/ Edit: I am not using a file manager. I am browsing directly to the files from the app.

Ask to your file manager app why it provides a broken link. https://github.com/Kunzisoft/KeePassDX/wiki/File-Manager-and-Sync#file-access-revocation Edit : KeePassDX cannot manage files, if you are using the file manager from your OS, maybe a bad update from your phone system.
