What do I require for using Mobile banking services?
Just stay relax. All you need is
- Smartphone with Android version above 4.4(non - Rooted device)
- Operative CASA account with KVB
- Active debit card/Internet banking credentials for authentication
- Internet connectivity through Mobile Data/ Wi-Fi

How to register?
- Download the app from Android Play Store
- Click ”Register for Mobile Banking”
- Enter Nickname/Customer id/Reg Mobile number
- Enter the received OTP
- Once validated, authenticate with Debit card/Internet Banking
- Post Authentication set your 6 digit Login pin & 4 digit mPin
- Once pins are successfully set, you are now ready to use a very Secure, Convenient & User friendly Mobile Banking application.

Note: KVB or its employees do not ask ATM card number/Pin/CVV/OTP and other sensitive information. If any such incident reported, reach our 24* 7 support.

Ratings and reviews

Using the app in 7th May 2026, since yesterday the app isn't working, throwing error & requests to use updated version but there is no update here. Kindly fix the app or create the update. While looking at the 1 star reviews it seems on April too there was similar issue - may be same issue persisting, I don't know, as I rarely use the app. Please do the needful bug fix or update release. Thank you for understanding! 🙏

I have been a long user of KVB App and being a KVB Client This App DEMANDED me to update. Then DEMANDED me to Re-Register (no other options) while I was out on my Business Trip. That too in very interior place I could Register it... Registration failed and I was thrown out of the app... unable to use while I need it KVB Administrators has to know our difficulties. Do not play with your customers like this I have decided to eliminate usage of such an useless DLITE App again which fooled me

For enhancing the security, it was re-registered. Upon updating today, the app is asking to re-register again and does not allow further. It is pathetic, especially when you have to do the banking needs urgently. App developer's poor job.
