This E book provides Facility to our customers to check their

1. Account Details: Using these option customers can check their Account details, Account Summary
Account Statement and Inward Cheques in their account

2. Deposit Details: In this Option customer has option to see Deposit summary . Deposit details.
Rate of interest and statement of deposits.
3. Loan Details : In this option customer can view loan summary loan details and loan statement
4. Utilities : Some useful utilities has been provided for customer convenience under this menu
Such as RD/Deposit calculator, Loan EMI calculator , Housing Loan eligibility
Time to time Information about our bank products, Demo of Internet banking and
Mobile banking.
As per the feed back of our Esteemed customers we have Replaced OTP option with MPIN.
Customers will receive MPIN to their Registered Mobile Numbers on first login and the same can be reseted as per customer wish and an option has been given to retreive MPIN even if customer forgets

Other options include Branch/ATM locator , Cash Remittance limit , Notifications, Cheques book request , Uncleared funds are included .


Using this App customers can access to their own account at Any time Anywhere without any inconvenience
It is an innovation towards Go - Green channel implemented by KVB
All NON- Financial Transactions can be carried out through this APP

Very poor use of screen real estate, both in phones and in tablets (worst). UI needs to be improved a lot. When checking mini statement, half of the screen is non-scrollable limiting the screen , that too in landscape mode only even in tablets. Poorly designed.

Worst app...I am surprised apps like this are even allowed in playstore! Desktop screen shown in phone ...too large fonts.. can't scroll....horrible user interface.. Horrible interface...this app is actually a desktop screen pretending to be a phone app...I am not just saying this is a bad app...I can live with bad apps...this is not an app at all...but just a dump of desktop screens..you have to see it to believe...

Not able to view the statement completely. No scroll option, doesn't fit into the screen. Cheque inward option is not working. Many changes are required and from past one year the app has not got rectified from its bugs and issues.
