About this app

Verbolo is an on-device translator built for private, practical language work. Type or paste text, choose source and target languages, and translate with native offline models that download once and stay available for later use.

Manage language packs directly in the app, keep downloads restricted to Wi-Fi, and reuse recent translations without sending your text to a translation server. Verbolo stores history, phrasebook entries, settings, pack readiness, exports, and imports locally with AsyncStorage.

The Translate screen keeps language selection, swapping, input, result actions, and recent translations close together. History adds search, reuse, favorite, and delete controls. Language Packs shows downloaded state with download and delete actions. Phrasebook groups saved translations by language pair. Settings covers default languages, automatic model downloads, Wi-Fi-only downloads, JSON export/import, and reset.

Verbolo is designed for travelers, students, support teams, and anyone who wants translation tools that continue working after language packs are ready, even when the network is unavailable.
